These draft terms describe the intended boundaries for using Global Tasks. They are an operational product draft for review before production use.
Operate the workspace responsibly
Use Global Tasks only for work you are authorized to coordinate, and keep the workspace accurate enough for the people who rely on it. A board that disagrees with the room is worse than no board.
Workspace responsibility
Administrators manage membership, permissions and the operational content of their workspace. Each person is responsible for protecting their own access and for using only the areas their role opens.

These terms do not create legal guarantees and do not replace advice from qualified counsel.
