Use only what the workday needs
Global Tasks organizes work, people, places, availability and operational messages for one workspace. It does not gather anything about a person outside the working record their workspace already keeps.
Workspace information
Workspace administrators control the people, tasks, availability and messages entered into their organization. Every read is scoped to that workspace and to the permissions attached to the membership doing the reading, in the database as well as in the interface.
Product operation
The product records the activity needed to show ownership, status, audit history and system delivery. The audit trail is deliberately read only: there is no edit control because there is no edit policy.
